Surrounded by family, Rhonda Sheldon peacefully passed away on July 18, 2025 at Strathroy Middle General Hospital.
Beloved wife of the late Noble Sheldon (2012). Cherished mother of Heather (Craig) King, Paul (Kara) Sheldon and David (Natalie) Sheldon. Proud grandmother of Paul (Sara), late Matt (2024) (Becca), Kenzie, Carter, Alex, Abby, Sebastien (Sawyer) and Nicholas (Alantis). Adored great-grandmother of Brynlee, Blaire and Kelsie. Rhonda will be fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by her brother Dave (Jan) Chisholm. Dear aunt of John, Joe, Scott, Steve, Meredith, Jeff, Mark and Scott.
Rhonda was a devoted family woman who found her greatest joy in spending time with her grandchildren. An animal lover at heart, she adored all her beloved furbabies. Known for her generous spirit, she was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her apple pie was legendary—no one could bake one quite like Mom.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the compassionate staff at Strathroy Middle General Hospital, especially those in the Emergency Department—Dr. David Lam, RN Jen and RN Brittany—as well as the 2 South team, including Dr. Adi Devghan, Dr. Soliman, and RN Makayla, for their exceptional care and kindness.
