It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce Wallbridge on June 7, 2025, in his 83rd year.
Bruce will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Marilyn, his devoted daughters Tawnie McNabb and Tara Wallbridge, and his cherished grandchildren – Tawnie’s sons, Logan (Samantha) and Noah, and Tara’s daughters, Brittany and Brianna.
He is also survived by his sister, Betty Thomson (Skat) and nephew Grant Thomson (Lauren). Bruce was predeceased by his parents, Allan and Margaret Wallbridge, his brother Jim Wallbridge, his son-in-law Murray McNabb and his niece Wenda Thomson.
He dedicated many years of his career to the Precast Construction and Ready Mix industries. In retirement, Bruce found great joy working part-time at Osprey Valley Golf Club where he loved cutting grass and being outdoors.
Family and friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, Ontario, on Thursday, June 12th from 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m. A celebration of Bruce’s Life will be held in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Trafalgar Room.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bruce’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
