William James “Bill” Richardson passed away peacefully at Bluewater Health on September 24, 2026, at the age of 90. He was born on October 22, 1935.
Bill is remembered by his wife, Pat Allen; children Patti, Debra, Jim, Carol, Craig, Shelley, Bradley, and Lori and their families; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his sister, Joan. He was predeceased by his first wife, Margaret June Richardson.
A longtime member of Moore Masonic Lodge and Lambton Shrine, Bill participated in the Oriental Shrine Band and charitable fundraising. He worked mainly as an electrician at Lambton Generating Station and also served as a marshal at St. Clair Parkway Golf Course.
Visitation and a memorial service will be held at Smith Funeral Home in Sarnia on September 30. Donations may be made to St. Joseph’s Hospice or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
