With broken hearts, our family announces the peaceful passing of our mother Margaret Ann (Maxwell) Crouch of Oshawa Ontario on October 10, 2026, at home surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Birmingham England September 12,1949 to the late Gladys and John Maxwell, she was a woman who lived to make others smile, possessed a quick wit, and carried a laugh so infectious it could instantly lighten the heaviest room. She believed that life was meant to be enjoyed, and she shared that gift generously with everyone she met.

To know Margaret was to know pure joy.

Waiting to welcome her with open arms are her late husband of many years, Bryan (who passed 16 years ago), her late companion, Gary Balment, her beloved parents, and her dear late brother, Keith Maxwell. Her legacy of love, kindness, and laughter lives on through her devoted sons and daughters-in-law: Marc and his wife Shannon, Iain and his wife Holley, Adam, and Brian. She will be missed beyond measure by her cherished grandchildren, Brianna, Cashel, and Julian. She is also lovingly remembered by her dear brothers, John, and her twin brother, Colin.

Visitation will be held at Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West, Oshawa, Ontario, L1J 2L4, on October 14, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm in the chapel.
