Brent DebraBRENT, Debra Anne Williams BrentIt is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Debbie on September 29, 2018.

She passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Although we are profoundly saddened by our loss, we are proud of the grace and dignity that Debbie demonstrated through her battle with cancer.

Beloved wife of John for 38 years.

Cherished mother of Shawn (Melissa Szymkowski), Sophie (Jay O’Donohue), Amanda (Matthew Scenna) and Andrea (Matt Donovan).

Loving grandmother to Eva Szymkowski Brent. Excited for the arrival of Eva’s little brother, expected in January 2019.

Dear sister of David (Dale), Craig (Kerina), Janet, Ena (Michael), Mark, Beth (Larry), and Ruth (John). Sister-in-law of Linda (Dominic), Debbie, and Scott (Rosalie).

Forever remembered by her many nieces, nephews, families and friends.

Reunited with parents, Albert Alan and June Marie Williams.

Our deepest thanks to the staff at Princess Margaret Hospital and St. Michael’s Hospital for their care and support.

Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Wednesday October 3rd from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church Oshawa on Thursday October 4th at 10:00 a.m.

In memory of Debbie, memorial donations can be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation – Gerry and Nancy Pencer Brain Trust Fund.
