OENTORO, Antonius (Tony) Oentoro - June 14, 1943 - June 5, 2020
Born June 14, 1943 to Jusuf Oentoro and Aloysia Wisunari in Surabaya, Indonesia.
After recently being diagnosed with lung cancer, Tony went to be with the Lord and his dearly departed wife, Liana, peacefully on June 5, 2020.
He was a compassionate son and brother, loving husband, nurturing father, caring friend and faithful witness to the Lord.
He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him in both Canada and Indonesia.
Antonius will forever be lovingly remembered by the families of his sons, John and Jaymie, the families of his sisters, Josephine, Erlan, and Erlin, and the families of his brothers, Fransiscus, Vincentius, Ignatius, and Rudy, and many close friends.
Many of you have reached out asking how you can help during this time.
We appreciate your thoughtfulness and we ask for prayers of comfort.
If you would like to, handwritten letters may be mailed to the Oentoro family address that will be made available upon request.
For those of you who wish to send flowers, the family have requested the theme of the flowers to be all white.
