WOODLAND, Frederick Lorne - On January 26, 2022, at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, Fred Woodland slipped away in the early morning.
Fred was born April 1, 1932 in Mount Albert, East Gwillimbury.
Starting off with a variety of jobs this including working for a Stouffville GM dealer.
Later Fred joined Williamson Chev as their parts manager staying with them for 32 years, retiring in 1994.
During this time he won many sales GM contests which took Fred and Eleanor on many prize trips around the world.
Fred married his sweetheart, Eleanor Sept 3rd 1958.
They built their one and only home on Dominion St where they lived for over 70 years.
Fred will be sadly missed by his son Jim & wife Elizabeth, sisters-in-law Sandra Barrow, Muriel Paradine & Marg Maciver and their husbands.
Predeceased by his loving wife Eleanor and siblings Dorothy, Betty, Eunice.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
