DHOTHAR, Kamaljit Kaur Dhothar

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family in her home, in Kelowna, BC on March 3, 2026, at the age of 76.

Kamaljit will be remembered as a kind-hearted, loving, and caring woman who devoted herself fully to her family. She was also incredibly hardworking, always putting the needs of others before her own and offering warmth and generosity to everyone around her. Her gentle nature and strong spirit touched the lives of many and will not be forgotten.

She is survived by he beloved husband, Kuldip, to whom she was married to for almost 60 years; and children Gurjeet (Harpreet) and Sarabjit (Randeep); the late Harjeet Dhothar’s spouse, Sukhpinder; as well as her grandchildren Baljeevan, Ajaideep, and Kamaldeep; and many more family members and friends.

A Funeral Service, will be held on SUNDAY, MARCH 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM (PST), at SPRINGFIELD FUNERAL HOME, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. If you are unable to attend in person, please join the family online by Livestream at the time of the service, a recording will be made available to view in 3-5 days. A reception will be held following the service at the Okanagan Sikh Gurdwara, 1111, Rutland Rd N, Kelowna, BC.
