Passed away with his family by his side at Joseph Brant Hospital on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at the age of 43.
Loving father of Jarvis and Brooklyn, and husband of Tammy (née Jarvis). Cherished son of Patrick and Margaret (née Sundey). Dear brother of Jason (Shannon). Travis was deeply loved and will be missed and fondly remembered by his family and many friends.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Smith’s Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), Burlington (905-632-3333), on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 1 – 4 p.m.
If desired, memorial donations to the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation or the Burlington Humane Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
