Passed away surrounded by his loving family, after a short but brave battle with brain cancer on May 4, 2026 at the age of 70. Beloved partner of Pat Richard for over 25 years. Loving father of Collin Halliwell (Angela), and Amanda Halliwell. Cherished Grandpa of Spencer. Loving brother to Bill (Lea), Jerry (Valerie), Ron (Jennie), Shirley (Blake) Hasey, and brother-in-law to John Green and Jerry Aubin. Predeceased by his (David Joseph Halliwell) loving parents Alma and William Halliwell, beloved brother Bob and beloved sisters Joan, Sharon, and Beverly.
