It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Matteo Rao on June 15, 2026. Surrounded by the love of his family at Hospice Vaughan Matteo passed away at the age of 87.

Beloved husband of 59 years to Annunziata. Loving father of Connie (David), Sandra, and predeceased by his daughter Julie. Proud nonno of Robert, Alessia, Sofia, and Erica. Dear brother of Fortunato and sister Vittoria.

Matteo will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of his many extended family and friends. He will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.
