The world became a little less bright on June 1, 2025, with the passing of Malcolm John Reeve. Born on April 19, 1938, in London, England, Malcolm’s infectious laughter and unending humour brought joy to everyone around him.
Malcolm was a loving husband to Beryl, a devoted father to Lynda (Rick), Debbie (Keevan), Cliff and the best Gramps to Daniel (Nida), Samantha (Jamie), Kyle (Nicole), Cody and a loyal friend to many. Whether he was telling jokes, being the Gramps with no rules, or showing off his sausage roll making skills, Malcolm made every moment unforgettable.
As per Malcolm’s wishes there will be no service. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville and the doctors, nursing staff and all the volunteers at Oak Ridges Hospice for making his final days comfortable and peaceful. In Malcolm’s honour, donations can be made to the Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry, a place that truly cares.
