PIANCA, Fernando "Frank" - God called Fernando "Frank" Pianca peacefully, on April 19, 2024, at the age of 77. He will be forever missed by his loving wife of 33 years, Mary Procopio.
Cherished by his dear sister, Jane (Late-Tony); and by his brother-in-law, Saverio (Grace); and sister-in-law, Liliana (Danny).
Proud uncle to Lisa, Thomas, Anthony, Mark, Danny and Ryan.
Fernando "Frank" is now reunited in Heaven with his parents, Cesare and Lidia; and with his father and mother-in-law, Antonio and Vittoria.
He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, neighbors, and many friends. Fernando "Frank" Pianca was a hardworking and devoted professional engineer at the Ministry of Transportation for many years.
He will always be remembered for his gentle and warm soul and zest for life.
Visitations will be held at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, Thornhill, Ontario, on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of the funeral home. Entombment to follow.
