RESENDES, Maria Dos Anjos Resendes - It is with great sadness that the family of Maria Dos Anjos Resendes announces her passing. Born in Sao Miguel, Portugal on August 15, 1934, Maria passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 20, 2018.
Predeceased by her life long love, Anibal (2007).
Maria was the adoring mother of Joe Resendes (Linda) and Louise Resendes and cherished avo of Katharine, Nicholas and Connor.
Loving memories will forever be in the hearts of Maria’s brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
She will truly be missed by many.
Friends and family are invited to Cardinal Funeral Home, Toronto on Thursday, August 23rd from 2-4pm and 6-9pm for visitation. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 24th, 2018 at 10 a.m. St. Michael's Cathedral Basilica, 65 Bond Street, Toronto.
Those who wish to make memorial donations in Maria's name may direct them to St. Michael’s Hospital.
