KAHALE, Georges - It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Georges Kahale who passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, October 3, 2018.
He will be deeply missed by Marsha (Coburn), his wife of 49 years, and his children Paul Kahale (wife Neda) and Karen Miles (husband Kevin).
Georges was also lovingly known as Grandpa to his grandchildren Jordan Miles (13), Alyssa Miles (11), Joshua Miles (8) and Shane Kahale (5) as well as Cooper Miles (8).
He is survived by his sisters, Aline Kahale-Cote (Michel) and Janine Kahale as well as his nieces and nephews whom he truly loved.
Georges and his family immigrated to Canada from Egypt in 1964 when he was 18. They arrived in Montreal where his two sisters continue to live. Markham has been our home since 1987. Visitation will be held at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, Markham on Tuesday, October 9th, 2018 from 11:00am - 12:00pm. The service will take place in the chapel at 12:00 pm. Pastor Kevin Rutledge officiating. A reception will follow.
