SMART, Andrew - (1961 - 2018) - Passed suddenly at his home in Toronto on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.
He will be missed by his beloved wife Jane, and all of his childhood friends.
A special thanks to his family doctor, Dr. Liisa Jaakkimainen, as well as a thank you to friends of the Sunnybrook family health team and the Veterans Centre for all of their help and support throughout this difficult time.
The family will receive friends at the Humphrey funeral home A.W. Miles-Newbigging chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue, Toronto from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 15th. Service to be held in the chapel on Sunday, October 14th at 10:00 a.m.
If desired, donations to the Salvation Army or the Grand Manan Whale and Seabird Research Station would be appreciated.
