MacMillan HelenMacMILLAN, Helen Edythe (nee CAIN)  - April 27, 1931 - November 15, 2018

Age 87, passed away with family by her side on November 15, 2018 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.

Helen was born April 27, 1931 in Montreal.

Predeceased by the love of her life James G. MacMillan.

Survived by her sons Gordon (Deborah), Bruce (Ruthann) and David (Kathy), daughter Karen (Greg) and eight grandchildren Ryan, Alyssa, Christopher, Erin, Ben, Thomas, Owen and Devin. Helen was a loving, caring and generous mother and grandmother.

A graduate of Strathcona High School in Montreal, Helen was captain of her high school basketball, volleyball and badminton teams. Along with her husband James, she was a member of Clarkson Road Presbyterian Church.

Helen dedicated her life to her family. She was immensely proud of all of her children's and grandchildren's accomplishments. Helen will be dearly missed by family and those that knew her.

Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will take place in Spring of 2019.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada (alzheimer.ca).
