HUGHES, Bernic May - Bernice May Hughes died peacefully on Sunday, December 2, 2018.
She was cherished, loved and will be missed by her son Karl (Susan), daughter Karen (Birk Ellis), grandchildren Jessica (Nick Vanderveen), Chelsey and Kieran Hughes, great-grandchildren Abby, Logan and Brennen Vanderveen and extended family.
Bernice was an extremely talented and giving person who spent her life teaching and sharing with others.
She will be missed by family, friends and colleagues who knew her and had the pleasure of enjoying her company.
A special thanks to the staff and her friends at Sunrise of Mississauga and to the Trillium Mississauga Hospital staff for taking incredible care of her in her final hours.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the New Year.
