MOROCHOVE, Max - Peacefully on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at the age of 95.
Predeceased by his wife, Victoria and oldest son, Richard.
Father to Lorna, Gregory, Elaine and Alex.
Dedu to Daniel, Amelia, James, Stephen, Laura, Kyle and Richard.
Born November 23, 1923 in Paskovo, Ukraine, he lived through tumultuous times: Soviet collectivization, the Holodomor, as a WWII POW in Austria and the chaotic post-war aftermath in Europe.
At the age of 24, unable to find his family, he arrived in Canada, met his wife-to-be and together they worked hard, establishing successful businesses, to build a better life for their family.
Pragmatic, with a strong personality, he lived life on his terms.
Dad/Dedu, you will be missed.
