Survived by her husband and best friend of 46 years, Walter Douglas Piper.
Survived by David and Lorraine Piper, sisters Rosi and Brigitte Zirger and friends Larry McCurdy and Tim Kostynyk, Eleanor and James Hobal, nieces and nephews Stephen, Becky and Spencer Piper, Matthew and Sara Piper, Victoria Hobal, Katherine Ho, Isabel Frolick and Adam Frolick, Michael Planer, Mark Zirger, Peter and Duane Zirger, Christopher Whipp, Heather Whipp and Andrew Scribner.
Predeceased by Bernice and Stephen Piper, Marjory Wilkens (Aunt Marje), loving father Josef Zirger and brother Peter Zirger.
Visitation will be held at the McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Road, on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. Funeral Service on Thursday, January 3rd at 11 a.m. in funeral home chapel.
