With heavy hearts we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Richard (Rik) Kubiak on Wednesday, December 26, 2018; at the age of 70.
Beloved and devoted husband to Helen Kubiak for 48 years.
Cherished father to Candi (Bill Williams) and missed by his grand-puppy "SaFyre".
He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends.
Visitation will take place at Ward Funeral Home, Woodbridge, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to either the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Rameses Shrine – Montreal Shrine Hospital would be appreciated.
