EBISUZAKI, Edward Minoru  - It is with deep sadness that we share the news of Edward's passing on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.

He was the beloved husband of Sumi, cherished dad of Cheryl and Alan and proud papa of Chloe.

He is survived by his Aunt Yoshie, his sister Mary, sisters and brothers-in-law Louise and Art, Donna and Michael, Mary and Bill, Linda and Pat.

He was the special uncle to Tammy, Ron, Vanessa, Marcus and Marceline, Shawn, Patty and Liam, Aaron and Meghan, Caitlin and Mitch, Midori and Dylan.

Will be fondly remembered by relatives in Kamloops, BC and greatly missed by many friends and neighbours.

After 35 dedicated years at Canada Post, he retired to spend time with family.

He was a sports fan, enjoyed family vacations, watching game shows and action movies and visits from family dog Randi. The family would like to express their gratitude to the vascular surgery department at Toronto General.

In particular, Dr. Leonard Tse, Dr. Graham Roche-Nagle, Sue DeVries, the nursing staff on 4A, Sue Jenkins and the thrombosis clinic team. In keeping with Edward's wishes, a private service has taken place.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Brunswick Bierworks (25 Curity Ave.) on Sunday, January 27th, 1-4 p.m.

If desired, donations in Edward's memory to Vascular Surgery Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation (tgwhf.ca/tribute) would be appreciated.
