BURNS, Samuel John - Passed away peacefully at his home in Holland Landing on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the age of 86 years.
Dearly loved husband of Maureen.
Beloved father of Lori (Ron), David (Karen) and Robert (Maggie).
Cherished Granddad of Michael (Rebecca), Kyle (Tiffany), Drew, Ryan (Liz), Melanie (Ben), Rachel, Samuel and Grampy of Averie-Anna and Aspen Grace.
John will be deeply missed by his family in both Ireland and England.
John is the retired owner of the S. John Burns Construction Ltd.
A Celebration of John's Life will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Maple Hill Baptist Church, 215 Glenwoods Ave., Keswick, ON.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Palliative Care Unit at Southlake Regional Health Centre or Margaret Bahen Hospice would be appreciated.
