DUNNILL, Patricia Josephine - Passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 23, 2019.
Loving wife of David.
Loving mother of Mark, Jonathan (Lea), Paul, and Stephen (Suzanne) with granddaughters Sarah and Samantha.
Patricia (Pat) was born in Lachine, Quebec, and grew up in Toronto where she attended Toronto Teacher’s College. After a brief teaching career in Port Arthur (Thunder Bay), Pat raised her family. She was later supervisor of the life skills program at ARC Industries in Parry Sound.
In retirement, Pat taught upgrading English at Confederation College and, as a Volunteer In Mission with David, established an English language primary school in Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. She was an active member of her church.
Following cremation, a visitation will be held at the Heritage Funeral Centre, Toronto on Wednesday, October 30th from 10:30am until the time of the memorial service at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to “Doctors Without Borders”.
