PELLEGRINI, Dante Virgilio - Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his entire family on December 1, 2019 at the age of 85.
Predeceased by his loving wife Ida (nee Lio) of 51 wonderful years.
Dante was a devoted father to Palma De Cesare (Frank De Cesare), Daniela Sturino (Frank Sturino), Antonella Nanfara (Joe Nanfara), Mario Pellegrini and Laura Pellegrini (Daniele Poto).
Cherished Nonno to Alessandro De Cesare (Ivona De Cesare), Vanessa De Cesare (Jonathan Barnes), Cristian De Cesare, Massimo Sturino, Marco Sturino, Julia Nanfara, Daniela Nanfara, Daniel Poto and Valentina Poto. Beloved Bisnonno to Matteo De Cesare and Dominik De Cesare.
Dante was a loving, hard working husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, who made many sacrifices to make a better life for all of his family.
Visitation will be held at Ward Funeral Home, Woodbridge Chapel, 4671 Highway 7, Vaughan, ON, on Tuesday, December 3rd, from 2pm to 4pm, and from 6pm to 9pm.
Service will be held at Our Lady of the Airways Church, 7411 Darcel Avenue, Mississauga on Wednesday, December 4th, at 11am. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Woodbridge.
