TURNER, Adam - After a lengthy battle with chronic pain, Adam was hospitalized the morning of November 29th with a severe respiratory infection. The staff of St. Mike's ICU did all they could for him but he died the morning of the November 30, 2019.
Visitation will be held at Cardinal Funeral Homes, Annette Chapel, Toronto on December 14, 2019 from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM followed by the service in the chapel at 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to Sick Children's Hospital, as Adam would not have survived infancy without their care.
