Magee JeanMAGEE, Jean Scott - (March 1, 1928 - March 13, 2020)

Jean, AKA: Mom... Nan... Big Nan... at 92 went the way she wanted, peacefully in her sleep, at home, and carried out feet first.

Daughter of Neil and Winnie. Wife to Henry Joseph. aka GR (d). Mom to Bev, Brian and Michael. Loved in-law to Rob, Lorena and Suzanne.

Nan to Brett, Matt, Sean, Greg & Jen , Aedan, Garrett, Spencer, Kieran, Damon. Big Nan to Annabelle. Human companion to Casey, Imp, Tina and Nikki.

The Queen of G&T’s... proud Scot-Canadian, Westonite, Leafs fanatic, lover of cottage life on Chandos Lake, fish catcher, cribbage champ, trivia maven, Scrabble maniac, maker of fabulous chicken parm, master of one liners, partier partaker, withholder of middle names, hair stylist, seller of vinyl records at Eaton’s Yorkdale, jazz and blues enthusiast, hip to rock and roll, disliker of dumb politicians, collector of large rocks, honourary Vancouverite, a very caring person.

Loved by all her family and friends.

She will be missed... and a glass (of g&t) will always be raised to her.

Arrangements with Ward funeral homes.
