Walker CarolWALKER, Carol Elizabeth - Carol passed away peacefully on August 8, 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer, at the early age of 55.

Surrounded by family and dear friends, she spent her last day at Matthews House Hospice, where she received the most loving and compassionate care.

Beloved daughter of Doris and the late Arthur Walker. Loving sister of Paul (Deb) Walker, Pam (Dave) Valentine, Susan (Gord) Wagner and Chris (Patricia) Walker. Loving companion of Duncan Walker.

Sadly missed by her cherished dogs Tod and Bosco. Carol will also be fondly remembered by all her nieces and nephews (she was the “fun” aunt!), colleagues and friends.

Carol, fondly known as Boopsie by family and friends,  was born in Toronto, the youngest of five. She had a zest for life, a love of nature, a passion for fun and adventure, and the most beautiful smile.  When she wasn’t enjoying the outdoors at her beloved Kahshe Lake with her dogs, or on a trip trekking to far corners of the world, she was a dedicated dental hygienist, providing loving care to her patients.

We know she will be missed by so many.  She was a true and loyal friend, whose heart was to please and who could be counted on to bring fun to any gathering.  She will be forever loved and remembered.

A private memorial will be held at St. John’s Presbyterian Church in Bradford. In lieu of flowers, and in memory of Carol, please consider a donation to the OSPCA, Matthews House Hospice, or to the charity of your choice. Arrangements with Skwarchuk funeral home.
