STERGIADIS, Jordana - Jordana Stergiadis passed peacefully at Humber River Hospital in Toronto on September 28, 2020, in her 96th year.
Predeceased by her loving husband Peter.
Jordana is survived by loving children; Chris (Judith), Jim (Elsa) and will be dearly missed by her cherished grandchildren; Peter, Lisa, and Helen. She will be greatly missed by her great grandchildren Chloe and Danny.
