SCIARRINO, Mary - Born in Toronto, passed peacefully on Thursday October 8, 2020, surrounded by her family.
Beloved wife and best friend of Jay Jefferys.
Loving and devoted mother of Michael Gabrielli (Giovanna), Olivia Gabrielli (Junior), and step-mother to Jessica Klein-Gunnewiek(Arkadiusz), Alex Jefferys (Serene) and Amy Jefferys.
Cherished sister of Annette Mediati (Tony), and loving aunt to Adriana Gabriel (Sherif), Lisa Maida (Pat) and Danielle Torina (Joe).
Mary is predeceased by her parents Giovanni and Giuseppina Sciarrino (nee Cannariato).
She will be fondly remembered by her brother and sister-in-laws, Kent Jefferys (Kate), Jane Jefferys (Lionel), as well as her many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Mary’s career as a proud, and dedicated Provincial Offences Officer for the city of Toronto, spanned nearly three decades.
She had a strong sense of love, respect and loyalty for her family. She found great joy in spending time with loved ones and will fondly be remembered for her generosity and positive outlook.
