SICILIANO, Ernesto - Ernesto Siciliano was born on February 5, 1924 in Roggiano Gravina, Cosenza, Italy and passed away on January 12, 2021 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 96 years.

He lived a life full of adventure, hardships and achievements. It took him from a small village in Calabria, to the wilderness of British Columbia, and finally to the urban Centre of Toronto. He was a farmer, miner, sawmill owner and entrepreneur.

Ernesto was predeceased by his beloved wife Angelina. He is the loving Father of Georgina (Filippo) Carnevale, Anna (Giuseppe) Avolio, Vince (Michelle) Siciliano, Tony (Chu Chi) Siciliano, and Lucie (Joe) Palermo.

Cherished Nonno of Marco, Daniela, Sonia, Claudia, Jenna, Marc, Paul, Carly, Nadia, Mario, Ernesto, Angelica, Chiara, Nikola, Gia, Aria and Addison. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all his loving family and friends.

The Siciliano family greatly appreciates your gestures of sympathy and words of condolences at this very difficult time. Due to the current COVID – 19 restrictions, the visitation, funeral service and the entombment will remain private for the family only. Arrangements entrusted with Jerrett funeral home, St. Clair Chapel, Toronto.

If desired, donations in Memory of Ernesto may be made to Food Banks Canada, The Hospital for Sick Children or the Alzheimer Society of Ontario.
