Liberty Rabinovits SaraLIBERTY-RABINOVITS, Sara  - Passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021.

Sara was a warrior, a woman who's day-to-day life shattered numerous odds.

When Sara was first diagnosed with cancer and the rare heart condition which would eventually take her precious life, she was given mere months to live, Sara did not take that sitting down.

She knew that with optimism, the love for her family and friends, and the sheer unwavering will to live.

She would find a way to fight, keeping her alive for 11 unexpected, but much appreciated years.

Sara was loved dearly by everyone she met, her contagious smile and laughter would brighten up a room even when she wasn't doing well herself. As an empath, Sara always opened her heart to others making their concerns her concerns and helping ease others' pain.

Sara was loved dearly by her kids Samantha and Aaron, her husband David, her brother David, and her parents Fani and Saul. Her friends meant the world to her, and she would regularly say that friends are the family we choose.

While Sara leaves this world behind, it brings us great solace to know that she is resting peacefully with her father who will take care of her long after we can. Sara may you rest peacefully and know that your heart and legacy lives on through everyone who was honoured to know and love you.

The world is a much richer place for your short time with us, but also a much sadder place for not having just a few more precious moments with you here with us. May your memory be a blessing.

A graveside service will take place on Thursday, January 14, 2021.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
