APPS, Albert - Peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 in his 87th year.
Al, beloved husband of 54 years to his cherished wife Eileen (deceased).
Loving father of Sharon (Garry Hoxey), Glenn (Deb) and Joe (Lisa).
Cherished Poppy to Troy (Kayla), Lindsay (Ryan), Kyle (Brittany), Bradley (Katie), Jacob (Norissa), Jessye, Mitchell and the late Vikki.
Beloved Great Poppy to Ava, Zachary and the late Bennett.
Al is also survived by his friend Marilee Gelineau, brother Len and predeceased by his brother Norman and sister Dorothy.
Al was a long time resident of Richmond Hill where he was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 375.
Prior to his retirement, Al was a long time employee of York Central Hospital / Mackenzie Health Centre.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be determined.
In Al’s memory, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
