Raymond WilliamRAYMOND, William Stanley - June 1, 1926 - January 13, 2021 -

Stan passed away peacefully on January 13, 2021 with his daughter Diana at his side, at Lakeside Retirement at Innisfil in his 95th year.

Loving husband for 64 years to Ann (predeceased).

Youngest (by 20 minutes) of 9 predeceased siblings.

Dear father of 4 children, Doug (Maureen), Diana (Jon), Ken (Judy, predeceased), Heather (Brian) and foster son Harold (Annie).

Loved grandfather (Papa) to Sandra (Nick), Tamara (Aaron), Brent (Tara), Kevin, Glenn (Chantal), Colleen (Russell), Kelly (Blair), Shawn (Erin), and Jason (Lisa).

Great-grandfather to Nikayla, Johnathon, Eryn, Evan, Mackenzie, Ashleigh, Connor, Niyah, Teagan, Mya, James, Adalynn, Mathias and Shawn & Erin’s 3 children.

He will be lovingly remembered by all his many, many nieces and nephews and his friends and neighbours.

He leaves behind a philosophy of life to appreciate everything and don’t lie or cheat anyone.

He served as a proud member of the Canadian Armed Forces at Camp Shilo in Manitoba.

His first love was always his family, immediate and extended.

When asked a few years ago what his proudest accomplishment was in life, he said his children and their families and he always looked forward to their big hugs.

The family would like to thank all the staff at Lakeside for their care, kindness and friendship to Stan. The family would also like to thank everyone for their condolences, phone calls and heartfelt remembrances.

We know, at this time, everyone understands why we cannot celebrate his life and share in his loss, in person.

In lieu of flowers, Stan wanted family and friends to make contributions to their local food bank.

He will be missed but he is now with Ann, his true love. He will always hold a special place in our hearts.
