Passages

To grow but not to set aside Youth’s sweet joy and abide Knowing that the future holds Marvels, moments amplified Through the wisdom of the heart

There are things we cannot see But failing which, we cannot be All is not just bread and stone Yet still holds certainty Through the wisdom of the heart

For at the storied journey’s start Confident in whole and part Love and spirit seize the day To make of life pure art Through the wisdom of the heart

Robert McDougall
