BAUTISTA, Perfecto "ILYO" - 1939 - 2021 - Passed peacefully on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 81.
Beloved husband of Carmelita (nee Orteza).
Loving father of Charie, Cathy, Mae and Klen.
Proud grand-father to Jarrod, Jason, Jerome, Kate, Jillian, A.J., Jeric and Sophia.
He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his family both in Canada and The Philippines.
The funeral service will take place on Sunday, March 14, 2021.
