CUTHBERTSON, David Alexander - November 18, 1950 - May 27, 2021
David passed away peacefully, after a brief illness on Thursday, May 27, 2021, at Humber River Hospital, in his 71st year.
Beloved wife of Carol (nee Pelletier) Cuthbertson.
Predeceased by his loving mother, Katherine June Nighbor, step-father Frank Nighbor, and sister Katherine Ann Cuthbertson.
Raised in Pembroke, David moved to Toronto where he met his wife of 49 years, his cherished sweetie Carol.
David was a successful corporate lawyer for most of his career, and the years before his retirement, worked in the field of marketing.
If you know David, you know his passions varied from music of any kind, a great golf game, endless summers boating the channels and lakes of Ontario with Carol.
And of course, David's love for sports – any sports - in particular, super fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
A consummate conversationalist, David was well known for his dire thirst for knowledge – there are likely few books he hadn't read... or re-read.
David will be missed by his in-law family, friends and of course, his fur buddy boys, Spencer and Henley.
David's life will be celebrated one afternoon this summer along an Ontario shoreline.
