Corbett ScottCORBETT, Scott Anthony - (March 29, 1969 - June 19, 2021) - Scott passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at his home in Aurora, Ontario, at the age of 52.

His loss was completely unexpected, and the family is shocked and deeply saddened.

Scott leaves behind his beloved wife Vicki and his cherished daughters Jessica (13) and Sarah (11).

Scott was born to Bud and Ann Corbett in Oshawa, Ontario. He is lovingly remembered by his siblings Patty Fulford (John), Sue Edwards (Terry), Rick Corbett (Maggie) and was predeceased by his sister Debbie Flight. Scott leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will miss his no-nonsense “guidance” and sarcasm.

If you had the honour of knowing Scott, you know that he was a true family man, a generous friend and a dedicated Habs fan! His warm smile immediately put you at ease, and his quick wit and wicked sense of humour made for fast friendships and lots of laughs. Scott’s love for his family was limitless, and his girls were the apple of his eye.

Scott spent his career in the car industry, with his final 15 years at Audi Uptown. His dedication to his field was unmatched, and he will be greatly missed by his colleagues and many customers. When he wasn’t working, Scott was an avid boater. He enjoyed the open water as captain of the Puddle Pirate and explored Lake Simcoe and Georgian Bay fearlessly. So many lifelong friendships were made on the water while enjoying a “Corbinator."

Scott worked hard to support his family, and his sudden passing will leave a financial burden for Vicki and the girls. In lieu of flowers, please visit https://gofund.me/0ddee2e8 to support a GoFundMe campaign in his honour.

Due to the current pandemic restrictions, there will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Arrangements entrusted with Thompson funeral home, Aurora.
