Horan MichealHORAN, Micheal (Mike) Gerard  -  April 30, 1961 – August 24, 2021

Micheal Horan of Calgary, Alberta, beloved husband of the late Joy Horan, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at the age of 60 years.

Mike had a passion for driving and was a career truck driver.

He loved hockey and watching The Price Is Right.

Mike was an avid RUSH fan. His most memorable vacation was his trip to Toronto in September 2018 for the Horan reunion.

Mike's favourite saying, "I'll see ya when I see ya", will live on in our memories forever and he will be most remembered for his Big Heart.

Mike will be lovingly remembered by his brothers, Larry and his wife Bonnie, Rick, and Chip (Robert) Horan; as well as his sisters Brenda Lee and husband John Stuart (Calgary) and Cathy (Kit Kat) and her husband Brian Conners.

Mike is also survived by his five nephews, Jay Horan, Eric Horan, Christian Horan, Aaron Horan, and Robbie Johnston; two nieces, Allison Conners, and Trista Horan; cousins, Roz Berzinski and Michel Goodin; as well as other relatives like Aunt Louise and close friends like Terry Heinz and "Uncle" Bobby Nadeau and mother Norma.

Mike was predeceased by his spouse Joy and his parents, Hazel Joan Horan nee Robertson, Robinsonville, NB; and Joseph Gerard Horan and grandmother, Mary Horan, both of Albion Hills.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and there was a private family visitation on September 1, 2021.

Thank you to the staff at Alpha House.
