Glen HoneyGLEN, Honey (Grace Marie) (nee EAMON)   - April 30, 1937 - January 21, 2022

Honey passed away in Toronto, at age 84. She grew up in Brockville, before moving to Toronto in the 1950s.

Honey was a School Teacher for many years, most notably as a Teacher/Librarian at St. Mildred's-Lightbourn School in Oakville.

She also taught at the Arthur Murray School of Dance, and won an award for Top North American Dance Instructor in the 1970s.

She and her husband Bob loved to go dancing.

After retirement, Honey devoted time to her many passions, including watercolour painting, sewing, gardening, nature, swimming, skating, art museums, and the domed cottage she and Bob built on Christian Island.

She was happiest enjoying a G&T with friends on the cottage deck, enjoying the Christian Island sunsets.

Honey will be missed for her conversation and her creativity.

She was loved dearly and will be missed by her daughters Lydia (Silvano) and Kirsten (Paul), along with grandchildren Meg, Francesca (Maher), Jessica (Rob), Oliver and Lucy, along with her siblings Hugh and Marguerite, her sisters-in-law Judy and Virginia, many nieces, nephews, family, friends and neighbours.

Honey was predeceased by Bob, her loving husband of over 60 years and her brother, Bud.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of your choice.
