PHILLIPS, Annabelle (nee STASEFF) - Died peacefully at home after a lengthy illness on May 3, 2022.
Predeceased by husband, Louis Phillips; beloved brother, Victor Staseff; and siblings, Bill German and Sheila Spiroff.
Much-loved mother to Krista (Neal) and Todd Phillips.
Adored Baba to Simone and Myles Roth, whose lives she touched profoundly. Trusted friend to many during her life.
Her multiple talents, skill sets and aesthetic sensibilities lent themselves to varied ventures including "Annabelle's
Shortbreads" and a successful 40+ year career in Public Relations, where she was known for her signature events.
She mentored and allomothered many younger colleagues in her professional life.
She also poured her heart and soul into longstanding volunteer work at St. George's Macedono-Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Church.
Many thanks to the staff at Princess Margaret Hospital and to Fr. Boris Drangov for his wise counsel and friendship over many years.
