CLAYDON, James Henry - Passed away peacefully, at his residence in Toronto, on January 7, 2023, in his 89th year.
His family were at his bedside.
Jim was born in Winnipeg - the oldest son of Harry and Eva Claydon.
Jim lived in Montreal and Toronto, where he married Edna George in 1963.
Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Edna; his children, Catherine and James; and his two brothers, Harry and Billy.
Jim was very proud of his six grandchildren: Michele, Giorgio and Victoria Iamoni, Martin and Thomas Claydon and Mary Tritton.
Jim would be the first to say that he was lucky in life, but he made his own luck. He worked very hard to succeed in his career, but also gave his time generously to family, friends and his community.
We love you dad. Thanks for always being there for us.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 13th, at 3 p.m. at All Saints Church in Etobicoke.
