Zolis StephenZOLIS, Stephen Christopher  - It is with tremendous sadness that we announce Stephen (Steve) Zolis peacefully passed away on Wednesday May 31, 2023 at the age of 47 with his loving wife of 18 years, Lindsay, by his side.

Adored father to Julia and Laura and cherished son to Sally and the late Chris Zolis.

Steve was also a much loved brother to Laurie (Jeff), nephew to Olga (Takis) and Linda (the late Bill Andrew), son-in-law to Tim and Bonnie, brother-in-law to Michelle (Quentin), uncle to Matthew, Kai, Jessica, and Luke, cousin to Leah (Rob), Nicholas (Giovanna), Karen (Chris), Tessa and Tom, and a loyal friend to many.

Steve’s greatest love was his family, especially his wife and daughters.

To know Steve was to know his strength, courage, and optimism, particularly during the challenging last several years of his life. He faced every obstacle that came his way with bravery. When you spoke to Steve, you could not help but feel full of hope for the future because his positivity was infectious. He believed and it made you believe, too.

Our world became a little dimmer when he left it. We will forever miss his warm smile, his cheerful laugh, and his caring presence. He loved his family and friends dearly and he was so very loved in return. While his life has ended far too soon, he made an indelible mark on us all with the time we had with him.

Stephen - you will never be forgotten and will always be in our hearts.

Donations can be made in Stephen’s memory to Kids Sports Canada via website (https://kidsportcanada.ca/) or by phone (416) 899-9106), or the Heart and Stroke Foundation via website (https://www.heartandstroke.ca/) or by phone (1-888-473-4636).
