Kirkhope JeanKIRKHOPE, Jean  -   It is with broken hearts that the family announces the passing of Jean Kirkhope on Friday, December 22, 2023, at the age of 90.

Jean was the beloved wife of Bill for 70 wonderful years.

Their earlier years were spent cruising around the world having many adventures together.

More recently they were both passionate about their British football and enjoyed watching the games together each week.

Jean was the loving mother of Janice (Bill deceased) and Lynne (Chris); cherished grandmother of Keely (Francis), Erin (Tom), Alexander (Victoria) and Danielle (Peter); and a devoted great-grandmother to 8 great-grandchildren.

Jean is survived by her dear sister, Marion and brother, Robert. Jean was the caring aunt to Stephen (Lixia) and William (Nancy); and great-aunt to Rebecca (Bruce) and Rachel.

Jean cherished her family and was always involved in the activities of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her unwavering love and support for her family made each member feel special and valued. She knew the importance of having fun and shared it with family and friends.

We will all greatly miss our singing birthday and anniversary phone calls. Jean was an amazing woman whose love, kindness and thoughtfulness touched the lives of all those who met her.

We will miss Jean dearly, and she will always live on in our hearts.
