RANIERI, Rosa Maria (nee GIORGIO) -
November 15, 1935 - January 16, 2024
Passed away peacefully, at home, at the age of 88.
Rosa was born in Casamassima (Puglia), Italy, and immigrated to Canada in 1955.
She worked as a seamstress, but later found her passion as a cake decorator.
She enjoyed gardening, baking and spending time with family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband, Saverio; her parents, Angela and Giacomo; and her sisters, Anna and Rachele. She is survived by her sister, Tina; her brother, Vito; her sons, Nick (Maurena), Jack (Angela) and Frank (Maria); and her cherished grandchildren, Robert, Victoria and Liana.
Visitation will take place at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Tuesday, January 23rd from 6 - 8 p.m., and on Wednesday, January 24th from 10 - 11 a.m. followed by a Chapel Service. Entombment will follow.
