EVANS, Bonita "Bonnie" Louise (nee GOODWIN)  -  Mother, Grammie, Friend Saturday, January 27, 2024, Bonnie left us peacefully, with loved ones by her side.

Mother to Deborah, Christopher (Tonia), Leslie, and Sharron (Stephen). Grammie to Jhillian (Harland), Kaiya (Steven), Liam and Nolan.

Great-grammie to Dominick and Annabelle.

Bonnie adored her family. Shamelessly bragged over her grandchildren.

She could always be found cheering from the sidelines (most often for the right team). She was passionate about literacy and was never far from her book, newspaper, or magazine. She volunteered to teach illiterate adults how to read. She taught Thai Chi for many years.

She learned to swim at age 65 and took lessons with her grandchildren.

She loved the theatre and music. Her favorite was going to "the show."

She did not suffer a fool or anyone who cheated at cards. She also loved to bake, pets, and long walks. Her wishes were for a Celebration of Life.

This will be planned for a later date. She will always be in our hearts.

Rest in Peace Bonnie.
