January 9, 1942 - March 10, 2024
With heavy hearts we wish to announce the passing of our beloved husband and father, John Edward Mills on March 10, 2024, peacefully, while surrounded by family.
He is remembered by his wife of almost 60 years, Sharron; and his children, Johnny and Nicole.
He was predeceased by his parents, William and Kathleen Mills; and his siblings, Margaret, Kathleen, William, Ronald and Patricia; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
John enjoyed a long and successful career as a 1st class Stationary Engineer.
He enjoyed working as well as teaching and mentoring new members in the trade.
During his retirement he enjoyed cultivating his interest in politics, history and bird watching.
He will be deeply missed.
A private celebration of his life will be held a later date.
