BREITNER, Steve "WHITEY" - It is with deep sadness we announce Steve's passing on the evening of January 3, 2018 in his 63rd year.
Beloved husband of Karen (Davis), loving father to Kevin (Johanna), Kelly and Kyle and proud grandfather to Jadyn.
Son of the late John and Rebecca Breitner.
Survived by his sister Kathy Turlinski and sister-in-law Lori Chadwick (Mark) and their children.
As a man, he has touched so many lives and will always be remembered for his strength, wisdom and desire to win and be the best. But above all else, family is what he valued most. Whitey was a legend both on and off the field leaving us all with memories that will last "OUR" lifetimes.
Thank you to the staff of CCAC and The Bethell Hospice for their wonderful care during his brief stay.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bethell Hospice.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 11th between 5-8 p.m. and the Celebration of Life Service will be on Friday, January 12th at 11 a.m. in the Peace Chapel at St. John's Cemetery, 719 Dundas St. E., Mississauga, ON.
