Loving mother of Helen Tamblyn (Ron) and David Falconer (Elaine) and proud grandmother of Campbell and Sarah will be deeply missed.
Heartfelt appreciation goes to the staff of Lakeshore Lodge for their compassionate care.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 3rd at 1:00 p.m. (visitation at 12:00 p.m.) followed by a reception at Pine Hills Cemetery, 625 Birchmount Road, Toronto.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
