It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved David on January 28, 2018, in his 80th year, surrounded by his family, in Toronto.
He will be profoundly missed by his loving wife of fifty-six years, Sandy, his son Mark (Joanne), his daughter Lisa (Mike), his grandchildren and by all his nieces, nephews and dear friends. David lived his life fully, with a loving and fearless spirit.
A true teacher and extraordinary man, he was engaged in a deep inner search throughout his life.
A service will be held to honour David on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at St. James Cemetery (635 Parliament St., Toronto) at 11:00 a.m.
